Items will be refunded, replaced or exchanged if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase and is in good order. 

If an item is lost in transit, after 11 days, we are happy to replace or refund the item.

Buyer must return item for refund, replacement or exchange within 14 days and is responsible for all return shipping costs.
